If you're ordering a custom lounge, which is made made just for you, lead times vary by product and your location.
Typically our lead times in Australia for made-to-order lounges are 8-10 weeks for metro cities but 10-12 weeks at certain times of the year. For an accurate estimate enter your postcode at the product page of the item you're interested in. If you've ordered, simply check your order confirmation.
We do have a range of Quick Ship lounges that ship faster because they’re in stock or replenished in our warehouse soon. These lead times can range from in-stock and ready for despatch (days) to a couple of weeks.
