Ensure you have your order number & phone number or last name available. 

When you return to our website, your order status and balance remaining log-in page can  be found in top right of nickscali.com.au , see our image below.

As your delivery date approaches, you will receive a tentative delivery SMS from Nick Scali and the day before a confirmed delivery window of around 4 hours.

Note that cancellations within 48 hours will incur a penalty fee.
