Once your store has processed your cancellation and/or refund request, it will be submitted to our Accounts team for processing.
Our Accounts team will be in contact to ascertain the correct payment details from you.
Please be advised that it is a security risk for Nick Scali to refund customers to a different card or bank that the payment was originally made from. If this is necessary it will take additional time to verify and process.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process. This includes verifying details from our customers and then time for bank/card transfers.
