What happens if no one is at home at the scheduled delivery time?

It is vital someone is there to receive your goods and bring them inside at the time of delivery.


Once arrangement for a delivery day is confirmed, there will be a re-delivery charge if no person is at the delivery address on the day of delivery or the delivery is cancelled within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date.

Our delivery team need to verify there is no damage with your furniture once delivered in your home, this involves unwrapping and assembling the furniture for you and taking some images for our records. Our delivery team will not leave your items unattended or unverified (e.g. in a garage, on a porch etc.).
