My furniture looks different to what I saw in the showroom. How can this be?

With all premium products containing natural materials (e.g. leather, timber, marble, travertine etc.) there can be significant variation from product to product. Even when manufactured in the same batch.

The reason for this is nature of course. 

Just as there is variation from one tree to another and one cow hide to another, the lounge, dining table, console or piece you order will naturally have variation from what you see in the showroom or online.
