Nick Scali has a 48 hour cancellation or change-of mind policy.
From the time of placing your order, you have 48 hours to modify your order (e.g. change the colour or configuration of your lounge) for only a $45 administration fee.
After 48 hours you will not be able to cancel your order without forfeiting the 35% deposit paid for your lounge.
If you have not purchased a lounge and have paid in full for your piece of furniture, unfortunately you won't be able to cancel your order after 48 hours has passed.
If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours you can contact the store where you placed the order or email orders@nickscali.com.au.
