How can I pay the balance for my items?

Please view your outstanding balance and payment information on the “Track Your Order” page.

You will need your sales order number and phone number used when placing the order to view the details and balance remaining.

Nick Scali offers three main methods for making payment for your balance:


This is a surcharge fee free way of making payment, however, payment must be made at least 5 business prior to delivery and 8 business days if you are residing in Tasmania. This is to allow time for payments to clear.

2. In-store - EFTPOS or Debit/Credit Card

You can make payment in-store with EFTPOS or Debit/Credit card. EFTPOS will be surcharge free. Please ensure you have checked your limits. Credit cards will incur a 1% surcharge fee. Payment must be made at least 5 business days prior to delivery.

3. Online - Credit/Debit card

You can make a payment online by heading to the “Track Your Order” page.

All online payments incur a 1% surcharge fee which is the fee we pass on from our payment provider. 

Delivery fees are excluded from your balance and to be paid separately to the drivers on the day of delivery.

When you return to our website, your order status and balance remaining log-in page can  be found in top right of , see our image below.
