What is Nick Scali's policy on warranty and returns?

Below is a short summary of our Warranty and Returns policy. For the comprehensive terms and conditions, as per our customer sales order, please use the links at the bottom of this article.



Warranty


Every lounge includes a lifetime frame warranty.


There is a 2 year warranty on coverings (leather, fabric, lacquered and other timber finishes, chrome and metal, glass, marble, porcelain, travertine and macstone). It is paramount you are taking the right care of your finishes. Please visit this page or the information provided upon delivery with your piece on how to take care of your furniture.


There is a 2 year warranty on the electronic and motion components for all recliners and sofa beds. This excludes batteries and transformers.


There is only a 1 year warranty on batteries and transformers. The batteries and transformers required in lounges have a limited lifespan and therefore we cannot warranty them beyond 1 year. To maintain your batteries optimally please visit this page.


At the time of purchase, for an additional fee, you are able to purchase our Accidental Damage Warranty for peace-of-mind.



Returns & Our 48 hour Change-of-mind Policy


Please refer to the link below regarding our warranty and returns policy.


At Nick Scali we don't have a change-of-mind returns policy beyond 48 hours from placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order or change your order in the 48 hours after placing your order, a $45 administration fee will be charged.


After 48 hours you will not be able to cancel your order without forfeiting the 35% deposit paid for your lounge.


If you have not purchased a lounge and have paid in full for your piece of furniture, unfortunately you won't be able to cancel your order after 48 hours has passed.


If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours you can contact the store where you placed the order or email orders@nickscali.com.au.
